We have 300 Metric Tons/ per day Sponge Iron production capacity , we are procuring low phosphorus Iron Pallets from local Manufactures and Importing low Sulphur high GCV Coal from South Africa to produce good quality of Sponge Iron . The entire production of Sponge Iron of Low Sulphur and low phosphorus is consumed in house for the manufacturing of good quality of M.S. Billets .
Billets are semi-finished product used as a raw material in rolling mill for the production of the TMT bars
We are using selected Scrap , Pig Iron and in house Sponge Iron and in a perfect ratio to maintain low Sulphur, low Phosphorus, required Carbon and Manganese ratio in molten metal . The entire M.S Billets rolled in our Re- Rolling Mill to produce the TMT Bars .
The term “ Thermo Mechanical Treatment “ is abbreviated as TMT . We are using direct hot charging of M.S Billets in our rolling mill to produce the TMT bars . We are using German Technology ( H & K , Thermax Quenching box ) to produce the high quality of the TMT bars .
We have incorporated environment friendly technology to generate power. The power plant generate green energy for captive consumption, It consist of 3 Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, one Atmospheric Fluidized Combustion Boiler and condensing Turbo Generator to produce 10 MW Power.
